These Standard Terms of Engagement govern the provision of non-advisory legal process outsourcing (LPO), legal research memoranda, electronic discovery review, and contract management services delivered by LLM International Legal Support Services.

By submitting scoping parameters, entering into a Statement of Work (SOW), or instructing our operational team, client entities unconditionally acknowledge and agree to the professional boundaries, supervisory prerequisites, and liability allocations set forth herein.

Mandatory Professional Provisions

Non-Advisory Scope & Supervision Prerequisite
LLM International Legal Support Services is a specialized legal operations support organization, not a licensed foreign law firm. We do not engage in the unauthorized practice of law (UPL) nor do we perform reserved legal activities (e.g., rights of audience, formal execution of court pleadings, or certification of statutory filings). All research, contract drafting, and document analysis is performed as preparatory assistance exclusively under the instruction and active supervision of qualified legal counsel.

No Attorney-Client Privilege via Initial Scoping
Transmission of an initial inquiry or project outline through our public portal does not establish an attorney-client relationship or create legal professional privilege. Privileged workflows commence solely upon the execution of a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), verified conflict check clearance, and mutual execution of a Statement of Work (SOW).

Quality Assurance & Human Oversight Guarantee
We warrant that 100% of delivered work product is reviewed, citation-verified, and cross-checked by experienced legal analysts. While advanced computational tools and legal technology platforms are utilized to accelerate document processing, no generative AI output is ever transmitted to a client without comprehensive human validation.

Intellectual Property & Work Product Assignment
Upon full settlement of professional fees, all customized work product, research memoranda, and redlined agreements prepared specifically for an instructing client are assigned to the client on a work-for-hire basis. Pre-existing proprietary templates, software macros, and internal research indexing taxonomies remain the exclusive intellectual property of LLM Advocates.

Data Protection, Confidentiality & Retention
All client documents and correspondence are maintained under strict confidentiality in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 guidelines, EU/UK GDPR, and the India DPDP Act 2023. Operational scoping inquiries are retained for a maximum of 30 days before automated deletion unless a formal retainer is executed.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims arising out of or related to our legal support services shall be strictly limited to the professional fees paid by the client under the applicable Statement of Work during the preceding three (3) months. Disputes shall be resolved through institutional commercial arbitration under the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or LCIA rules.
